The Cameron Impact Scholarship is a four-year, full-tuition, merit-based award created for exceptional high school students who have demonstrated excellence in leadership, community service, extracurricular activities, and academics. Scholars may attend any university or college in the United States and choose any major and/or career path.

Applications are now CLOSED for the Class of 2025.  Applications will not be reviewed without the corresponding recommendation letters.  Two recommendations are required for the application, one which must come from a current high school affiliated personnel.

*** We are limited to accepting a total of 3,000 complete and eligible applications.

REGULAR APPLICATION DEADLINE: CLOSED

In selecting recipients, the Foundation’s Selection Committee will consider your recommendation, as well as each candidate’s level and quality of academic work, on-campus and off-campus activities, and the candidate’s own application.

Our application includes a prompt that will allow an applicant to upload a recommendation, if they have a pre-existing letter in their possession. However, we encourage references to send their letters to us directly to the e-mail listed below, if they wish to keep this correspondence confidential. Any recommendation letters submitted to us will be available only to Foundation staff who need to see it in the course of their duties. The applicant has waived the right to access letters of recommendation written on their behalf and sent to us directly. 

Please include the following in your letter:

  • The first and last name of the applicant in your letter.
  • Your full name and preferred method of contact in case we have further questions.
  • How you know the applicant, and relevant examples of how the candidate would be a good fit for the Cameron Impact Scholarship.
