The Bryan Cameron Education Foundation is a private family foundation established in 2015 on the principle of making a difference by investing in young people’s education. It is our specific intent to identify a select group of outstanding rising college students each year who we expect to positively impact the lives of their family, friends, colleagues, and fellow citizens.
Founder Bryan Cameron has enjoyed a long and successful career in asset management. His recognition and appreciation of his own blessings has inspired his extensive philanthropic initiatives over the years. Like the people and institutions who invested in Cameron’s own education, The Bryan Cameron Education Foundation endeavors to impact others by providing opportunity to achieve and maximize their potential. It is the honor of this Foundation to invest in exceptional students of future generations who will continue the cycle of contribution to the greater good.
Through the Cameron Impact Scholarship, we aim to provide ample support for extraordinary young adults who see their college education as a stepping stone toward a lifetime of contribution both professionally and personally. Our substantial, impact-driven scholarship is available to all eligible students who seek to use their gifts and talents to make a positive impact in their communities and in society at large.

Impact
We are passionate about investing in young people through education. Our primary goal is to foster the growth and development of students who demonstrate the highest likelihood of making a positive impact on society. Through our program, we seek to connect like-motivated individuals with a common goal of seeking to 'do more' for the social good.
Choice
We trust and empower our Scholars to make the best choice of institutions and areas of study to suit their goals and post-collegiate paths. Choice of schools has no bearing on the decision to award a Cameron Impact Scholarship. Recipients are selected before they commit to an undergraduate program.
Diversity
The potential to make a positive impact manifests in many ways, and strong leaders emerge across all disciplines and all backgrounds. Cameron Impact Scholarships are awarded based on four pillars of excellence: a) leadership, b) community service, c) extracurricular activities, and d) academics.
Higher Education
We maintain the firm belief that a college education is one of the wisest and worthiest investments. We have full faith in the institutions that educate our nation’s youth. As a organization centered around Education, we maintain that a completing a collegiate degree is foundational and formational. We expect our students to not only complete their undergraduate education, but to participate actively in the non-classroom components of a campus, such as sports or clubs, that also contribute to making a person well-rounded and equipped to make an impact in many areas.
Community Mindedness
A Cameron Impact Scholar is others-focused and works to support / serve / aid others around them.
Tangible Impact
The Foundation evaluates the positive impact of an applicant based on action taken and demonstrable service. We cannot predict future impact, but we can see how applicants have tangibly affected the groups and communities that they care about, to-date.
Community Compounds Impact
The Foundation believes that one benefit of our community, is that surrounding oneself with other impact-makers does, in fact, make you a more effective agent of positive change. This community will further inspire, support and provide tools to equip Scholars to compound their impact efforts beyond what one might accomplish on their own.
Merit
As a merit-based program, the Cameron Impact Scholarship is impact-driven and open to all applicants who meet the GPA and citizenship requirements, regardless of race, socioeconomic status, religion, sexual orientation or any other background factors. Integrity, intelligence, motivation, work ethic, and willingness to serve others are the strongest indicators of a worthy educational investment.
Service
The Bryan Cameron Education Foundation provides a service not only to our Scholars, but to the communities that will eventually reap the benefits of their achievements. It is an honor to invest in the future of our society by investing in the development of young leaders.
Accountability
Cameron Impact Scholarships provide substantial support for students who demonstrate a strong sense of personal responsibility and a self-motivated drive to succeed. Our Scholars form a community to which they remain accountable beyond their academic career, into their profession and throughout their lives.
